THE JONSON CANCER CENTER FOUNDATION/UCLA (THE "FOUNDATION") IS A NONPROFIT CORPORATION WHOSE PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO RAISE AND DISTRIBUTE FUNDS FOR CANCER RESEARCH AT UCLA. THE UNIVERSITY PROVIDES THE FACILITIES AND THE STAFF FOR THE OPERATION AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE FOUNDATION'S ACTIVITIES.
