Mission

Epigenix Foundation is a the 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission to understand the epigenetic impact of metabolic therapy on human and canine disease and performance. KetoPet was founded in 2014, and is a program under Epigenix. The program was started by a group with a passion for rescuing dogs with cancer who would otherwise be euthanized. Once at KetoPet Sanctuary, each dog was given a ketogenic diet, and the highest standard of veterinary care, FDG-PET imaging, metabolic conditioning, HBOT treatments, and lots of love. KetoPet’s mission has since expanded to include sharing its ketogenic approach with pet parents and veterinarians around the world.
