Mission

The Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation is a global 501(c)(3) nonprofit that's mission is to find a cure and improve the quality of life for cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer) patients. The Foundation supports basic and translational research and raises awareness about the rare cancer through fundraising, advocacy, collaboration, and education. Additional services include a newly diagnosed program, an annual three-day conference, complimentary publications in four languages (English, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese), a free online book "100 Questions and Answers About Biliary Cancer,” an informational website (cholangiocarcinoma.org), a patient registry, and phone/email support.
