Mission
The Fight Oral Cancer Foundation (FOCF) was founded in 2008 by Armaiti Shahidi-Fitzgerald. The vision of the Fight Oral Cancer Foundation is to fight oral cancer beyond locally, on a global scale. The mission of FOCF is to save a life every hour of every day since
oral cancer kills one person every hour of every day in the U.S. alone.
The mission of the Fight Oral Cancer Foundation is to work towards achieving this vision through increasing both public awareness and funding of research for Oral (mouth and pharynx) Cancer.
