Mission

The mission at Facing Cancer Together (FCT) is to provide support, wellness, and educational services to all people affected by cancer and their caregivers, regardless of their capacity to pay. Despite the often devastating effects of cancer, FCT seeks to empower people to achieve their best quality of life. Through professionally facilitated programs, participants become part of a community that promotes hope, empowerment and connection in the lives of people affected by cancer. In Massachusetts, cancer affects 483.1 out of every 100,000 people in the state (National Cancer Institute). Ultimately, it is the mission of FCT to serve as many people as possible within this population and create for them a community of hope.
