Mission

The Thomas Matthew Miloscia Foundation has a two part mission. The first is to provide financial and emotional assistance to adolescents and young adults, AYA, with cancer. This particular segment of the cancer population, ages 15-39, has lower survival rates than patients younger AND older. The second program is to fully fund a scholarship in memory of Thomas at Chaminade High School in Mineola, NY. Thomas is the epitome of what a Chaminade student should aspire to. He was described as, "the closest thing to a Saint that I will meet in my lifetime". This mission comes at a cost of $300,000 but it will be in perpetuity once it is funded. So far we have contributed $30,000 towards this mission.
