The Community Health Center of Central Wyoming provides high quality healthcare services to the residents of central Wyoming. Delivered with dignity, compassion, and respect. Care is provided regardless of the patients ability to pay. It is our mission to serve the vulnerable and underserved in our communities, from Pediatric care to Primary Care.
