Mission

The purpose of Row for the Cure® is to lead the rowing and paddling community in a national campaign against breast cancer. Row for the Cure® provides resources to local organizations across the country to assist in the establishment of regattas and other fundraising events dedicated to raising funds to support local Affiliates of Susan G Komen® in breast cancer education, patient and family support, and cutting-edge research to find cures for breast cancer. Row for the Cure® events have made it possible for all sizes of Komen Affiliates to extend resources to more patients and families in their communities as well as add to the resources used to for research which has expanded the life expectancy and prevention of recurrence of breast cancers.
