Mission
Hospice of Acadiana Foundation was created to support Hospice of Acadiana, Inc., Acadiana's ONLY nonprofit hospice whose mission is to: To enable persons with terminal illnesses to live as fully and comfortably as possibly; To emphasize the importance of quality of life; To help people deal with grief; To serve as an educational resource in the areas of death, dying, terminal illness, and related fields; To be an advocate for individuals to receive the appropriate care at the appropriate time; and To reach diverse populations, honoring their customs and values.
