Mission
The mission of the Vista Center is to provide a safe ,supportive daytime place for the \ndevelopmentally disabled and mentally ill adults in the general Flint Michigan area.\nEducational, enrichment, and empowerment options are provided for the growth and\nenjoyment of participants.Consumers and clients are involved in the progress of the Center, as it moves \nand improves from its 1985 origin.
