Mission
As the successor to The Jacksonville Jaycees, Inc. continue in co-sponsoring the Onslow County Fair and to donate its net share proceeds to charitable, educational literacy, and scientific purposes for the needs of the poor, the youth, the handicapped, the distressed, the underprivileged, and the elderly as permitted by the Internal Revenue Code until such time that the Jacksonville Jaycees, Inc. can assume its resonsibilites again in co-sponsoring the Onslow County Fair.
