Mission

Pathway Lending (Southeast Community Capital Corporation) is a Community Development Financial Institution certified by the U.S. Dept. of the Treasury. Our mission is to provide lending solutions and educational services that support the development, growth, and preservation of underserved businesses, affordable housing, and sustainable communities; to help stimulate economic development and job creation through small business lending to low income, disadvantaged and start-up companies that lack access to traditional banking credit; and to provide educational services to these small businesses to help them grow and achieve or maintain sustainability.
