Mission
The mission of the GLC Empowerment Center is to provide educational counseling, job training, rescue, shelter, and support to underserved young women between the ages of 14 and 24. Our purpose is to instill in them a sense of self-esteem and a desire to excel while helping them to navigate successfully through this difficult transitional phase of life.
