Mission
The East Tennessee Arts Center (ETAC) provides an avenue for the engagement of the visual fine arts and fine crafts to all residents of Monroe County and East Tennessee by providing hands-on creativity for the benefit of all engaging, educating, and fostering experience with arts and crafts programs, and cultivating a vibrant creative environment for everyone to enjoy.
