Mission
The Harm Reduction Therapy Center (HRTC) provides innovative treatment to people struggling with homelessness and co-occurring substance abuse and mental health concerns. We are a small agency of highly and specially-skilled clinicians who also offer training to mental health, drug treatment and social service providers who work with complex, multi-diagnosed people who have largely been left behind by our care systems.
