Mission
HOPAR's Christian Family Center's mission is to offer programs and services to families that will help meet basic needs along with financial educational programs, after school tutoring, Christian Pastoral counseling, and early childhood development. We also work with other agencies to make sure families needs are meet to utilize all resources available.
