Mission
Johnson City Recovery Center’s mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals, families, and communities who have been affected by substance use and addiction in Washington County and surrounding areas of Northeast Tennessee through the provision of community- based linkages and support services that increase recovery capital and sustained recovery.
