Mission
The Carving Studio and Sculpture Center inspires people of all ages to create three-dimensional art on the grounds of Vermont's historic West Rutland marble quarries. The Carving Studio and Sculpture Center is a year-round program of workshops, residencies and exhibitions with studio space that accommodates large and small-scale sculptural expression. The Carving Studio and Sculpture Center's programs and facilities attracts local, national and international artists.
