Mission
Goodwill has an important mission: Strengthen communities by helping people maximize independence and self-sufficiency through job training and other support services. Goodwill serves individuals with disabilities and those with other disadvantages. We assist them in reaching their maximum potential through education, training, career counseling, work experience, and other support services. In 2020, we served 5.720 Connecticut residents, helping 895 to find and secure employment.
