Mission
CARA believes in the philosophical principles of Best Friend's NO KILL by 2025, by saving every homeless dog or cat in shelters or living in our community, who can be saved. CARA's Mission to meet this goal is to facilitate education and communication and act as liaison among rescue groups as well as assist with spay/neuter of pets and feral cats and dogs
