To drive economic development to Maine’s farmers, fishermen and artisanal producers by showcasing the quality and diversity of foods and beverages produced in Maine. We do this through education, by offering classes, workshops, events and tastings aimed at raising public awareness of the varied and unique products offered by Maine.
