Mission
International Center for Community Development (ICCD) in Concord, NC is dedicated to promoting community and economic development. ICCD sets the pace for public services and community education through a unique combination of after-school and adult learning, youth development, and improving the human condition for low income, under served, at-risk and the disadvantaged in collaboration with communities.
