Mission
Rahway Community Action Organization, Inc. (RCAO) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, providing human and social services that enhance the quality of life and sustainable living through educational and assistance programs for our friends and neighbors. We ensure residents know where to turn for information about and access to the services they need their helping hands. We have three key components: Helping Hands Learning Academy, Rahway Family Success Center and Emergency Needs Program.
