Franklin Cultural Center for the Performing Arts employs the fundamentals of Performing Arts to promote self-expression, demand social justice, instill respect of cultural differences, and raise social awareness . spreading the ideas of cultural and artistic diversity, providing a safe and nurturing creative platform, and remaining committed to educating, engaging, and empowering current and future generations .
