Mission
EMPACT-SPC is a community-based, non-profit, behavioral health organization dedicated to providing specialized programs and services (prevention, outpatient, training and crisis) to youth, families, and adults facing challenging behavioral and emotional situations and trauma. EMPACT-SPC's mission is to provide hope, strength, and solutions for life, utilzing compassionate and innovative services.
