Mission
LO*OP Center was founded in 1975 to learn how to help people meet the opportunities and challenges posed by cultural diversity and technological change. Working through demonstrations projects, research and opinion papers, conference sessions and seminar presentations, LO*OP brings original and collaborative ways of communicating and learning to receptive audiences around the world. To date, LO*OP has focused on the application of computing to learning and teaching, use of culture-general knowledge to facilitate domestic and international accord and uses of systems thinking in everyday life.
