Mission

Journey's Community Center is a charitable organization strengthening families and communities through education, counseling, and advocacy. Our mission is to partner with families, schools, and community agencies in supporting the economic, educational, and psychological resource gaps in communities on the Northwest side of Chicago. Journey's offers professional development training programs, psycho-educational workshops for adults, and social-emotional learning groups for youth. We provide individual, family, and group counseling services and collaborate with neighboring agencies to ensure access to basic needs.
