The mission of FCRE is to devrease the death rate from cancer while enhancing patient quality of life. Our focus on prostate cancer research is a model for the treatment of other cancers and can reduce the frequency of heart attacks and strokes Our efforts in education are to acquaint the general pbulic, cancer patients, and health care professionals with recent advances in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of prostate cancer
