The purposes of the Corporation shall be exclusively for the promotion of charitable, scientific and educational activities, including, but not limited to, making contributions to charitable, scientific, religious and/or educational organizations that 1. Seek cures for child cancer. Enhance the lives of children stricken with cancer. Maintain and operate facilities for the care and treatment of children with cancer.
