The Shirley E. Noland Foundation Mission Statement April 3, 2009 We are a grant making private foundation focused on pancreatic cancer, domestic violence, abused and neglected children and animals in no-kills environments. We pursue 501(c)(3) public charities within the United States that commit to keep overhead low and impact high.
