Mission
Through education and increasing public awareness, and by providing financial assistance, our goal is to encourage and assist private pet owners and rescue organizations to have their animals spayed or neutered. This will help to reduce the number of homeless, unwanted, and/or abandoned animals and the needless euthanasia of these creatures.
