THE FUND WAS ESTABLISHED BY COLLECTIVE-BARGAINING BETWEEN IBEW LOCAL 58 AND SMC NECA TO PROVIDE HEALTH INSURANCE TO MEMBER ELECTRICIANS AND THEIR FAMILIES. OVER 5,500 PARTICIPANTS AND 6,500 BENEFICIARIES & DEPENDENTS BENEFIT.
