Mission

We prevent the removal of Maasai girls' exterior genitalia, and the child marriage that traditionally follows in 2 rural villages. Working with our African partners - local elders of the villages - we now send 50+girls to school. In addition, we help one home village with vital infrastructure and emergencies. Examples include, bringing water into the village, funding supplies for outhouses, food seeds, solar panels , emergency medical expenses, and, during extreme drought, emergency food supplies. Our sponsored students attend Naramatisho ('The Nurturing Place') elementary school. After 8th grade each l is placed in a high schools according her national test results. Two of our sponsored students are now attending the highest level, Kenyan National High Schools
