THE FUND IS A MULTIEMPLOYER PLAN ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS UNDER THE TERMS OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE EMPLOYERS AND UFCW LOCAL UNION 1776.
