THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED TO MAINTAIN A FUND FOR THE PURPOSES OF EXTENDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO DESTITUTE, DISABLED, ILL OR NEEDY MEMBERS OF PRINCETON UNIVERSITY'S CLASS OF 1957, THEIR WIDOWS AND CHILDREN.
