THE FUND IS THE SOLE SUPPORTER OF THE 12 & 12 FAMILY PROGRAM. 12 & 12'S MAIN PURPOSE IS TO SERVER PRIMARILY INDIGENT PEOPLE WITH ALCOHOL AND DRUG PROBLEMS IN THE TULSA METROPOLITAN AREA.
